This app is good to use for travelers.
Dear, I use the app since 2 years and I was satisfied(except for the link not existing with wallet, but...ok). The big issue is that after the last update the app is not usable with ios 10.1.1, it crashes just after the start and nothingbcan be done with it! And, if i access the website with safari, i am automatically redirected to the app, so I cannot buy any ticket from my phone. Please fix this situation asap, it is really important for our business especially in this moment of the year. Best regards

The App is a good job. The idea of e-tickets is well managed. However the fact that you have SNCB behind and their bad management for booking and their multiple mistakes and bugs makes it unusable. Too bad for customer who has been fooled by appearances!! Made in Belgium of course!!
We wanted Thalys from Brussels to AMS, not possible due to maintenance...OK...booked IC...2 days prior to travel we get notice it will be 2 trains and 1 bus...argh, but we go...turns out to be 6 change of trains/bus, soaking wet due to ineptitude, arriving 3 hours late...NEVER AGAIN!

Very easy to use and helpful if your not from europe. Made booking a train very easy and quick and without all the fees other websites charge.
The lack of so many destinations (including Luxembourg !) and of the possibility to add reduction or frequent traveler cards mean that the current usefulness of this app is limited. I trust the SNCB will improve it in the months to come...

Only predefined list of stops can be selected for booking - would for instance not allow me to check the schedule for a train going from Brussels airport to Brussels. Is it so hard?
Im able to select the departure and arrival cities, but when I select the date, it looks like the date popup box gets stuck and the app freezes. I have to close the app and reopen it to get it to start working again, but it freezes at the date selection every time.
I couldnt add tickets just by typing in the confirmation number and my email, but I was able to get them using the "Add To App" button in the confirmation email from my reservation. Very strange, hope this helps someone.
When I manage to book the ticket - its great, fast and convenient. However, more often than not, when I select a starting point, Im not able to find my intended destination point anymore, and this includes big cities like Brussels. Definitely a bug that needs to be fixed to make the app unable again.
I tried to add my tickets and I couldnt it. Serve connection issues. It showed me a message about an update but app wasnt able to update by itself.
